Stephen V. Riley, Sr. Vice President - Steve began with Murray in 1989 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Division, in 1998. He became Senior Vice President in 2001 and manages the Program Services Division which includes captive management, claim administration and risk management services. Prior to Murray, Steve worked twelve years in various Risk Managerial positions for several national/international corporations.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster Class in 1992.
He serves as President of CARE, Ltd., a group captive for not-for-profit retirement communities and is a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association and Risk Insurance Management Society. He is active in many community and civic organizations and is currently a Director for Pleasant View Retirement Community and Schreiber Pediatric Rehabilitation Center. He is former Chairman of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Lancaster County Children and Youth Agency Boards.
Norman J. Lutz, Vice President - Norm began his career with Murray in 2001 as Medical Services Manager. In 2003 he was promoted to Account Executive, with a primary responsibility for the program growth of the Central Pennsylvania Physicians Risk Retention Group, Inc.
Norm was promoted to Asst. Vice President and Manager, Physician Services in 2006 and is responsible for continued development of programs and serives for physicians and medical practices. In 2008, Norm was promoted to Vice President and Manager of the Healthcare Solutions Group. Prior to his work in the insurance industry, Norm was a staff paramedic at Lancaster General Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital. He served as Director of the Mobile Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph Hospital from 1989 to 1993. He completed his career at St. Joseph as the marketing representative for the hospital’s occupational medicine department. Norm also served as Executive Director of of a rural emergency medical services company.
Norm is active in numerous community and civic organizations, including the Sertoma Club of Lancaster where he served as President and Chairman of the Board in 2006 and 2007. He is also on the board of the Lancaster Emergency Medical Serices Association. |
